JOB PURPOSE:
Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, responsible for efficient day to day operations of the clinics. Works collaboratively with physicians, patients, clients, vendors and other internal and external customers to meet company objectives and support high quality patient care. This role ensures excellence in the provision of all clinic support services by leading our administrative and medical support teams within two clinics.
JOB DIMENSIONS:
Staff: Medical and Non-medical staff
Financial: Responsible for the finances of the clinic, specifically clinic labor, clinic supplies both medical and office, and EBITDA.
Other: Responsible for training, coaching and direct supervision of medical and non-
medical clinic support staff.

CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT:
Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends. Fast paced environment, where ability to manage day to day operations of the clinic are essential. Must be able to adjust their schedule accordingly to work evenings and weekends to ensure exceptional customer service culture is observed on all shifts. Travel between sites.
