The ideal Administrative Assistant is someone who enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

SCHEDULE:

• 30-40 hours per week
• Days of the week - combination of day/evening/ and a weekend shift

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• No experience necessary! Willing to train the right candidate
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Cleardent is considered an asset
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Customer service mindset
