The team at Village Mall Dental located in Red Deer are looking for a passionate, hard-working Dental Administrator/ Administrative Assistant on a full-time basis.

The ideal Dental Administrator/ Administrative Assistant for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

SCHEDULE:

• 35-40 hours per week

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 2 years of experience as a Dental Receptionist and/or Dental Administrator is required
• Completion of a Dental Administration Program/Certificate
• Experience with dental practice management software such as [Dentrix ] is considered an asset
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Customer service mindset
