We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our team in Edmonton and surrounding areas for 3-5 days a week. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional looking to grow within a supportive and dynamic environment.

COMPENSATION:

  • Associates are compensated on a fee-for-service basis, with remuneration starting at 40% of collections.

SCHEDULE:

  • Up to 40 hours per week, with workdays from Monday to Friday with one evening per week and 1-2 Saturdays per month.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • A Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS), Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS), or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited institution, or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency process.
  • Registration or in the process of registering with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Alberta, and eligibility to practice dentistry in Alberta.
  • We welcome applicants currently registered in other Canadian provinces.
  • Additional licenses or certifications may be required; please indicate if applicable.
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply, with mentorship provided.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with patients and their families.
