General Practitioner/Family Physician with Interest in Mental Health & Substance Use
The Division of Mental Health and Psychiatry's Eating Disorder program is looking for a part-time General Practitioner/Family Physician to join our teams in Abbotsford and Chilliwack!
These positions require consultation with other team members regarding any medical problems for the patients, review case manager notes and liaise as needed. New patients to the Eating Disorder program will require review hostory, investigations and lab tests. Patient interviews and appropriate physicial exams are also conducted.
We use a multidisciplinary team approach to deliver quality medical care through coordination of care with Abbotsford Mental Health and Substance Use and Chilliwack Mental Health and Substance Use.

Combination of Alternative Payment Plan & Fee For Service

CCFP, CCFP Eligible, CPSBC Eligible for Full License, CPSBC Full, CPSBC Provisional
