FH invites you to join a unique holistic primary health care team located in the diverse and growing community of Burnaby. We are currently seeking a Family Physician to fill a two session per week at our clinic, providing culturally supportive health services to new Canadians.
The Global Family Care Clinic (GFCC) provides medical care and social support to new Canadians in the Burnaby area through temporary attachment. The GFCC provides health management, education and self management support for individuals and families, including pregnant women, mothers with newborns and children under five. The clinic also supports the transition and attachment of individuals and families to health care providers in their community.
Our diverse team includes nurse practitioners, a social worker and clerical staff who work in collaboration with physicians and community service providers. We also work in partnership with the Division of Family Practice.

Remuneration:
Contracted in accordance with the provincial physician master agreement.
Part time: 96 sessions per year (approximately 2 sessions per week).
