We are recruiting for an Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team. This role can be based from either our Toronto North York Head Office or Burnaby Head Office in BC. This is an on-site position.

Job Overview:

The Internal Lead Generation Specialist will play a critical role within the Business Development team. This new role is responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads for our organization and is essential in supporting our growth and enhancing our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential leads to support the Business Development team and collaborate to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads
  • Conduct market segmentation to optimize lead generation efforts.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through effective prospecting.
  • Manage accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system
  • Optimize CRM system and internal processes for seamless pipeline management, tracking and reporting
  • Collaborate effectively with Business Development, Corporate Development, and Marketing teams.

Education, Credentials, Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or a related field is an asset
  • Must have at least 1 to 3 years' experience in lead generation or business development

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Familiarity with digital outreach campaigns and tools.
  • Solid research and data analytic skills
  • Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new CRM and automation tools
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Driven and motivated to meet and exceed targets
  • Adaptable and able to work independently while adjusting strategies as needed
  • High awareness and the ability to thrive in fast-paced and demanding environments.
  • Healthcare and/or Dental Industry experience is an asset.
