Acquired Brain Injury and Concussion Services, a regional program, provides education, community support services, day programs, and specialized community beds for adults with brain injuries across Fraser Health. We are a multi-disciplinary team with a collaborative approach to care for our clients.
The ideal candidate, for this position, is a Psychiatrist with expertise and interest in supporting clients with brain injury and often-concurrent mental health disorders, providing direct assessment/treatment/intervention as well as consultation and care planning with the ABI care team.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Neuro-Psychiatrist/Psychiatrist with experience in moderate to severe acquired brain injury
- Eligibility for membership on the Fraser Health Medical Staff
Time Commitment:
0.2 FTE (7.5 hours per week) with flexible work hours. Office space, supplies, and administrative support services provided at no cost to the Psychiatrist.
Compensation
Combination of Alternative Payment Plan & Fee For Service, MOCAP - On Call Payments
