Our professional team has enabled us to diversify and concentrate our energy in becoming well-versed in different areas of dental services such as orthodontics, wisdom teeth surgery, Bioclear aesthetic bonding, Botox treatment, and sleep apnea/snoring treatment and much more.

Schedule: We require vacation/absence coverage, with additional hours available as needed. Shifts typically range from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

The wage range is from $27.25 to $34.25 per hour depending on experience. Hourly wage is determined based on the candidate’s work experience and will be discussed during the interview process.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients as they arrive; ensure a lasting positive impression for them
  • Responsible for optimizing the appointment schedule by ensuring the day is full, with limited gaps
  • Effectively manage recall system and accurately maintain patient database
  • Manage patient calls and inquiries about appointments, confirmations, amendments and cancellations
  • Process referral letters and other patient correspondence upon receipt from provider; manage and file all patient records and charts

About You:

  • Minimum 1-3 years of administration experience
  • Clinical background and experience with dental software programs considered an asset
