At Westport Dental in Port Moody, we are committed to providing top-notch dental care in a friendly and relaxed setting. Our team delivers personalized treatment plans that promote long-term oral health, and we’re looking for a dedicated and caring Certified Dental Assistant to join us.

This position offers 4-5 days per week in a modern and new practice located in Suterbrook, close to the SkyTrain. We perform all aspects of dentistry, including restorative, crown and bridge, Invisalign & ITero, Botox, implants, and surgery. You'll also benefit from uniform allowances, access to continuing education (CE) opportunities, and PDC.

Schedule:

Full time, permanent. No weekends or late hours!

The wage range is from $28.00 to $33.00 per hour depending on experience. Hourly wage is determined based on the candidate's work experience and will be discussed during the interview process.


Responsibilities:

  • Clinical chairside assisting duties including knowledge of instrumentation

  • Establish strong patient relationships while maintaining ethical professional behaviour

  • Prepare treatment room in accordance with infection control and practice protocols for each patient

  • Thorough understanding of practice health and safety requirements


About You:

  • Registered and/or certified as a Dental Assistant with your Provincial regulatory body or association

  • Previous dental assisting experience is preferred
