Compensation:

• Fee-for-Service Model: Associates start at 40% collections and higher, depending on experience. The more you contribute, the more you earn!

Schedule:

• Full-Time: 40 hours a week, 5 days a week.

What We're Looking For:

• Board-certified endodontist with a passion for providing exceptional care.
• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS), Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS), or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited institution, OR successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency process.
• Registered, or in the process of registering, with the British Columbia College of Oral Health Professionals and eligible to practice in BC.
• 1 year of experience in practicing dentistry in Canada is an asset, but we welcome new graduates with mentorship available.
• Strong communication skills with patients and their families to ensure a positive experience.
