Arbutus North Dental is expanding and looking for an experienced dentist with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. This is a full-time position starting in January 2025.
We have over 7,000 patients at our well-established Vancouver practice, which has been serving the community for over 30 years. With an influx of 90+ new patients a month. You won't have to worry about a lack of patients or not being busy at all. Our office has continued to grow over the last few years despite the pandemic which is a testimonial to our excellent patient care and our outstanding team.

Our office is located in the heart of Kitsilano, on 4th Avenue, a vibrant community with numerous new developments, shops, restaurants, and cafés. This has significantly increased our walk-in patient volume. We also offer convenient parking for both doctors and patients. This position comes with great potential to expand your scope of practice. We use state-of-the-art equipment and cutting-edge technology, including digital X-rays, CBCT, iTero scans, digital photography, hard and soft tissue lasers (Fotona and Epic), and paperless records to deliver the highest standard of care.

Our team consists of well-trained, compassionate, and clinically strong doctors, assistants, and hygienists, all of whom will help you integrate smoothly into our office. You will never work alone—there is always support available when needed. We provide mentorship, access to Spear Education online, monthly in-house CE lectures, free Invisalign training, and discounts to local study clubs to help you grow and transition to our approach to comprehensive dentistry.

The ideal candidate will be confident, eager to learn, and committed to growth in the field of dentistry. Flexibility and adaptability to a busy schedule, along with a caring attitude and strong interpersonal skills to work well with our vibrant team, are essential.
