The candidate will facilitate by improving partnerships between the providers of cancer care, the hospitals where this care is provided and the regional BC Cancer Centres where adjuvant care is available. Identifying, promoting and evaluating best practices in multidisciplinary cancer care are key aspects of the role. Regional leads for malignant hematology will work with regional and provincial leaders to address deficiencies and improve access to services.
