Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

The wage range is from $28 to $32 per hour depending on experience. Hourly wage is determined based on the candidate's work experience and will be discussed during the interview process.


Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients, ensuring a positive experience

  • Optimize scheduling, minimizing gaps between visits

  • Manage recall system and maintain accurate patient database

  • Handle patient calls, appointments, and inquiries

  • Process patient correspondence and referral letters

  • Lead and support front desk staff, ensuring efficient daily operations.


About You:

  • Minimum 2 - 5 year of dental administration experience

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a team lead or similar position

  • Clinical background and experience with dental software programs considered an asset
