Amazon's IT Services organization supports all Amazonians at corporate offices, ensuring they have the technology and resources needed to innovate and excel. The IT Logistics and Imaging Team (ITS-LIT) is a critical part of this mission, operating in a warehouse environment to image, deploy, and manage the lifecycle of all end-user IT equipment for individuals and offices across Canada.
We are seeking a skilled and proactive individual to join our team and focus on project-based initiatives that enhance our operational efficiency and service delivery. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your problem-solving skills to make a significant impact on Amazon's corporate IT Logistics.
You'll join a diverse team of IT Support associates and engineers, supply chain specialists, program managers, operations managers, and other vital roles. You'll collaborate with people across IT Services to help us deliver the highest standards for IT Logistics, ensuring that our customers have the equipment they need to perform their jobs. Key job responsibilities
• Lead and execute IT projects related to imaging, deployment, and lifecycle management of end-user equipment
• Develop and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency and service quality
• Provide escalation support for challenging problems and mentor junior team members
• Contribute to the design and implementation of new IT processes and systems
• Preparation of IT assets for transportation in line with IT and InfoSec polices
• Safe handling and destruction of IT media in accordance with InfoSec policy
• Appropriate management of returned IT assets in accordance with compute reuse processes, reverse logistics processes, or disposal processes
• Preparation of all new hire equipment and supporting campus IT staff at new hire orientation

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of work experience or a current blue badge Amazon employee
• 1+ year of experience working with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Ability to work well with others in a team environment, displaying excellent time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be highly self-motivated and customer-centric
• Ability to manage multiple customer requests simultaneously
• Ability to prioritize work based on department and production objectives
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• A completed Bachelor's Degree
• 1+ year of leadership experience directly managing others
• 1+ year working in a similar environment (manufacturing/distribution/warehousing/large retail)
• Experience with performance metrics and lean process improvement

The base salary for this position ranges from $58,500/year up to $75,500/year. Salary is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
