We are seeking an amazing and passionate Receptionist to join our team at Yaletown Laser Centre. Role Overview

As a Client Care Coordinator/Receptionist, your primary responsibility will be to create an outstanding client experience. Your role will involve interacting with clients, scheduling appointments, converting all new leads, processing payments, and recommending treatments and skincare products. Previous experience in medical aesthetics or the medical field is preferred, but we are open to candidates who are passionate about this industry and eager to learn.


Key Responsibilities

  • Create a Welcoming Experience: Greet and engage clients, delivering the exceptional service they expect and deserve.

  • Assist with Appointments: Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments using Patient Now and RX Photo software.

  • Provide Client Education: Help clients understand our range of treatments, products, and services to support their beauty and wellness goals.

  • Handle Payments: Process payments professionally and discreetly, ensuring a seamless experience.

  • Work Closely with Our Team: Assist doctors and clinical staff with administrative and minor medical tasks to keep everything running smoothly.

  • Maintain Organization: Keep the reception area pristine and ensure all necessary materials are well-stocked.

Qualifications

  • MOA Certification: Medical Office Assistant (MOA) certification from an accredited institution is preferred.

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Medical Aesthetics Receptionist or Client Care Coordinator, including sales experience.

  • Sales Experience: At least 2 years of sales experience in the Medical Aesthetics field (Required).

  • Social Media Marketing: Experience and knowledge in social media marketing is a plus but not required.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

  • Positive Attitude: A proactive, positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow.

  • Teamwork & Independence: Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.

  • Flexibility: Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

  • Time Management: Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

  • Attention to Detail: Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

  • Full-time, 5 days a week.
  • Flexibility required for evenings and weekends.
