BC Cancer is seeking a passionate Project Manager who can support teams in leading and making a lasting impact in the fight against cancer, while working with a team that sets the standard for excellence.
We are eager to meet individuals who can bring the right skills, and the right spirit, to shape the future of cancer care, playing a pivotal role in implementing the strategic direction, planning, and delivery of initiatives within B.C.'s 10-year Provincial Cancer Action Plan (CAP).
The Strategy, Planning, and Implementation team is recruiting for this position with a focus on driving system-level planning, monitoring, reporting, and evaluation of the CAP's goals and initiatives across B.C., both provincially and within the six regional cancer centres. This role will focus on developing tools, processes, templates, and documentation to be used across the team, ensuring ability to effectively plan, implement, and evaluate. The Project Manager will play a key role in assessing the impact of initiatives, helping to demonstrate how resources have contributed to improvements in system and patient outcomes in cancer care. Job Type: Regular, Full-Time
Salary Range: $88,900 - $127,923/Year. The starting salary for this position would be determined with consideration of the successful candidate's relevant education and experience, and would be in alignment with the provincial compensation reference plan. Salary will be prorated accordingly for part time roles.
