With the recent growth in our team, we are looking to hire a Senior Project Manager for our team. As a Senior Project Manager, you'll lead complex, cross-organizational initiatives that push boundaries and inspire innovation. You'll develop and execute project plans, ensuring timelines and budgets are met while remaining agile to adapt to evolving needs. With expertise in data analysis, process improvement, and partner engagement, you'll manage high-impact portfolios and drive real change. You'll also mentor diverse teams, build strategic partnerships, and guide them toward operational excellence. In accordance with the Mission, Vision and Values, and strategic directions of PHSA safety, including both patient and employee safety, is a priority and a responsibility shared by everyone at PHSA's Agencies/Divisions/Services, and as such, the requirement to continuously improve quality and safety is inherent in all aspects of this position. As a Senior Project Manager the successful candidate will lead and coordinate all aspects of high-impact projects that drive real change. From planning to execution, the individual will ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget. Aspects of the role will focus on overseeing project activities, managing financial resources, and guiding cross-functional teams to success.
The role will be involved in establishing metrics, tracking progress, and making crucial decisions to keep projects on course. The Senior Project Manager will bring together and lead a diverse project team, offering leadership support and and mentorship to ensure smooth collaboration between staff, contractors, and clients. With expertise in project management and strategic leadership, the individual plays a pivotal role in delivering complex and cross-organizational projects. One will foster partnerships, resolve problems, and empower teams to achieve operational excellence, all while contributing to the future of healthcare at PHSA.

Job Type: Regular, Full-Time
Salary Range: $106,026 - $152,413 /year. The starting salary for this position would be determined with consideration of the successful candidate's relevant education and experience, and would be in alignment with the provincial compensation reference plan. Salary will be prorated accordingly for part time roles.
Location: 1333 W Broadway, Vancouver, BC V6H 1G9 (Hybrid)
