Why this role is your next career-defining move:

This is an opportunity to spearhead transformative change in the fight against cancer with a team that sets the standard for excellence. Utilize your skills and understanding of business operations and workflow processes to be an agent for change. This role is multi-faceted and offers ample opportunities for you to showcase your agility to problem solve, clear communication to bring focus, and practical capability to execute on coordinated plans.

Here is what this role envisions:

Be a part of a Dynamic Portfolio: You will be a part of the portfolio responsible for strategy, planning, and the successful implementation of initiatives. Your work will be at the forefront of BC Cancer's vision.

Fostering Exceptional Teams: Together with Centre and Provincial leaders, you will use leading practices in engagement, project management, and change management to support the transformation of cancer care.

True Engagement: We are committed to creating a culture that encourages people to do their best work through partnerships. True engagement is at the core of what we do.

Leading with Purpose: Your work will go beyond the constraints of the positions or structure we are building, it will have a lasting impact across the entire cancer care system.

Collaboration with the Best: You will work alongside some of the world's finest cancer care providers and researchers.
