What you'll do
The Director, Clinical Operations reports to the Executive Director and works in a co-leadership, partnership with the Medical Director(s), holding responsibility for clinical program and services through BC Cancer - Victoria. The Director provides leadership and direction for the overall management of the assigned programs and services, creating and facilitating an environment of evidence-based care and culturally aware practices. This position establishes strategic direction and develops strategies and operational plans that effectively support the delivery of patient care services. Responsibilities include identifying service and budget priorities, allocating resources, program development, planning of goals and objectives, coordination of service delivery systems, and establishing and monitoring benchmarks and quality indicators. Job Type: Regular, Full-Time
Salary Range: $128,298 - $184,428 per year. The starting salary for this position would be determined with consideration of the successful candidate's relevant education and experience and would be in alignment with the provincial compensation reference plan. Salary will be prorated accordingly for part time roles.
