The team at Williams Lake Smiles in Williams Lake, BC is looking for a passionate, hard-working Associate Dentist on a full-time basis. Williams Lake Smiles is a thriving, well-established General Practice that offers all aspects of dentistry including endo, ortho, dental implants, and a wide range of oral surgery procedures.

Our office is proud to have a team of dedicated, long-standing staff to support you with treatment and managing your schedule. Located in the heart of central interior BC, Williams Lake offers affordable real estate and numerous recreational activities, and is a haven for natural wildlife -- only an hour's flight away from Vancouver, with flights scheduled daily!

The Associate Dentist will provide a full range of dental services with the highest quality of care to ensure our patients have a positive, rewarding experience and leave with a smile. The Ideal Associate for our team and practice is skilled in helping patients feel at ease and comfortable, can clearly communicate with both patients and coworkers, and work independently as needed.

SCHEDULE:

• 5 days per week, Monday to Friday
• No weekends or evenings!

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) Program from an accredited school or university program, OR successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency process.
• Registered or in processing of registering with the British Columbia College of Oral Health Professionals
• Eligible to practice dentistry in the province of British Columbia
• We are open to those currently registered with other Canadian province(s)
• New graduates welcome
• 1-2 years of experience in practicing dentistry in Canada is preferred, but open to mentoring new graduates, especially those looking to commit long-term.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients' families
