Position Purpose:

The Sr. PMES manages the PMES sales project team to ensures effective, timely management of programs and projects to drive revenue and profitability. The Sr. PMES team help manage the launches of new clients with the team, as well as development opportunities with the existing client base by professionally managing and coordinating internal and external processes in a manner that reflects the requirements of the National Account team, the Executive Management team and SCS/HCS operational processes. Additionally, the Sr. PMES tracks and coordinates the implementation of small and medium projects along with new rollouts with the PMES team.

Key Job Activities:

  • Oversee RFP's for SIT and HCS
  • Oversee Sales Projects
  • Oversee GM checks for NA team
  • Oversee "some" reporting to customers
  • Manage onsite and offsite transitions
  • Oversee QBR decks for NA team
  • Manage small and new installs/rollouts
  • Manage purge projects of 25 locations or more

Education:

Preferred Education: in Bachelors or Equivalent

Experience (North America):

  • Undergraduate degree (Commerce and/or Business Studies preferred) with a minimum of 3-5 years project managing in a multiple business branch/unit environment
  • Ability to travel - 75% Monday-Thursday
  • Experience in Monarch training and SAPs4h and SFDC-cloud based platform a must
  • 5 or more years of progressive project leadership experience in a multiple business branch/unit environment
  • Developed, implemented and delivered "excellent customer service" team culture
  • Successful in realizing business results against objectives: sales management, customer & operations, and administration.
  • Being able to act quickly
