Provides administrative support to the Director Health Services and managers. Acts as proxy as for Director of Health Services and Manager of Health Services in Success Factors for all nursing positions. Processing of nursing staff status changes, new hire posting and filling of available positions, termination, transfer, LOA's and retirements. Training of staff on ESP self- service. Arranging new hire computer access. Printing of seniority reports to ensure that Collective Agreements are being followed. Compiling employee files, obtaining security checks, obtaining references. Booking staff interviews and attending interviews as required. Timecard entries in SAP. Provide employee/staff nametags. Coordinate meetings and take minutes for Nursing meetings, MAC meetings and Quality Admission meetings. Maintain on call schedule for Nursing. Back up purchaser/requisitioned in SAP. Organizing staff celebrations, long term service recognition, retirements, staff appreciation events. Relieve reception as needed. Diet clerk testing. Confidentially is essential. Word processing a variety of documents, spreadsheets, meeting minutes, policies and procedures...etc.., with minimum instruction in an efficient and professional manner. Active member of LEADS committee.
