Under the general direction of the Food Services Manager or Area Supervisor, and while demonstrating a commitment to the Mission, Values and Management Philosophy of St. Boniface Hospital, the Food Production Attention is responsible for: assembling specified recipes and/or assisting the Cooks with the preparation of foods as specified by the menu; and performing other related duties as assigned.
