Job Description
What you'll be doing
- Support residents in participating in activities of daily living (e.g., dressing, bathing, toileting, personal grooming & mobility)
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and families
- Ensure that care is provided according to the person's wishes, preferences and care plan
What you bring
- Completed HCA certification
- Demonstrated compassion, accountability and respect
- Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to meet the physical and cognitive demands of the job (e.g. bending, lifting, walking, attention to detail, ability to multi-task)
