Recreation Programs
Reporting directly to the Director, Clinical Care, the incumbent plans, organizes, coordinates, and supervises the work and functions of the Recreation Services Department with other disciplines and departments to maximize team approach and to focus on providing quality care and service to long term care residents.
Spiritual Health
Reporting directly to the CNO and dotted line to the President & CEO, the incumbent is responsible for all spiritual health initiatives to integrate the Misericordia Sisters mission, values and philosophy throughout the Centre. The incumbent coordinates delivery of person-centred Spiritual Health Services in Misericordia Health Centre and Misericordia Place, supportive of the spirit and philosophy of a Catholic Health facility. Promoting a culture of "caring" excellence through actions, behaviours and attitudes reinforcing best practices supporting person-centred healthcare on unit(s) and WRHA; to be consistent with the strategic priorities, policies and procedures of Misericordia Health Centre.
Volunteer Services
Reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources, the incumbent is responsible for oversight of the Volunteer Services Department. Working with the Volunteer Coordinators the Manager provides supervision and support for all areas of Volunteer Services including the gift shop.

This position requires a current satisfactory Criminal Records Check (including Vulnerable Sector Search), Child Abuse Registry Check and Adult Abuse Registry Check as conditions of employment.
