Are you an experienced Registered Dental Hygienist looking for a new opportunity? Academy Dental Group is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Full-Time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our practice. An immediate opening has become available and we're eager to welcome a new special talent to our team as soon as possible.
Position Details:
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
  • Experience: Experienced candidates are preferred, but we are willing to provide training.
  • Dentrix Knowledge: Preferred, but not mandatory; we are open to training the right candidate.
  • Additional Hours: Potential for additional hours for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Appropriately assess, plan, implement and evaluate services for patient care

  • Perform all aspects of clinical preventative hygiene services including scaling, root planning, polishing, topical fluoride, pit and fissure sealants and whitening to patients

  • Serve as an oral health educator by introducing new preventative techniques and counselling

  • Establish and retain patient loyalty by delivering a tailored experience based on the patients' expectations, while consistently maintaining ethical and professional behaviour.

About You:

  • Completed Dental Hygiene Diploma or Hygiene Degree

  • Registered Dental Hygienist in good standing with provincial licensing

  • Valid CPR certification
