Job Summary
Reporting to the Department Head, Radiation Oncology Program (ROP), the incumbent is responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the administrative offices of the ROP. This will involve all aspects of direct supervision of ROP administrative staff, providing confidential administrative support for ROP leadership, entering payroll, problem resolution, supporting program statistics and other duties as assigned to meet the objectives of the ROP. The incumbent will also lead and/or assist with projects.
The incumbent must work collaboratively and cooperatively with all staff and departments within CancerCare Manitoba, external agencies and vendors, and be capable of carrying out all duties with diplomacy, tact, confidentiality and professionalism. The incumbent will be required to work in a fast paced environment and to prioritize a large complex workload to meet deadlines.
