Shared Health leads the planning and coordinates the integration of patient-centered clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba. The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations.
The incumbent is responsible for providing clerical support to the Manager(s) of Patient Care including processing job postings and related paperwork, maintaining position control, registering new hires in orientation sessions, ensuring that the Manager(s) is/are aware of staffing levels, maintaining information and employee profiles in the ESP staff scheduling system, updating the day to day schedule changes in ESP and running staffing reports as requested. Coordinates appointment calendar for the Manager(s) and performs other clerical duties as assigned.
