Job Summary:
Reporting to the Director, Corporate Policy, Planning and Strategy, the Senior Policies and Contracts Specialist provides expertise in the development and review of CancerCare Manitoba's (CCMB) contracts and agreements; corporate policies and procedures, and provides guidance and oversight of the day-to-day activities. This position will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on a variety of files supporting corporate, clinic, and research operations including providing advice, drafting, reviewing, negotiating and fully executing agreements for CCMB needs and priorities such as clinical trials, service agreements, master agreements, statements of work and amendments.
The Senior Policies and Contracts Specialist will develop and maintain CCMB's corporate policy standards and manage the review cycle, in collaboration with internal clinic policy partners.
The incumbent will promote and maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented environment demonstrating a commitment to the vision, values, goals, and objectives of CCMB.
