Nova Scotia Health is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director for Critical Care, Respiratory Therapy, Hyperbaric service, Burns & Plastics for the Central Zone. Working in a co-leadership model with medical and surgical directors, the Director will oversee the operations, planning, and development of specialized services located at the QEII Health Sciences Centre, Dartmouth General Hospital, and Victoria General Hospital. The Director is responsible for delivering high-quality quaternary, tertiary, and regional services, ensuring compliance with national and international standards, and overseeing the redevelopment efforts for future care delivery.
The Director works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to implement strategies that support patient-centered, evidence-based care, while maintaining a focus on academic excellence, quality improvement, and service integration across Nova Scotia and Atlantic Canada.
