What will your typical day look like?


As a Learning Specialist, you will work on firm wide learning system needs, such as class creation, learner history reports, and compliance policies. You will assist the Program Manager in delivering internal learning programs and will respond to internal queries that employees may have. Along with this, as the Learning Coordinator you will be responsible for the management and distribution of program communications

Deloitte's Learning Team provides support for firm wide learning. We focus on quality control, as well as learning coordination for complex, internal programs that our employees can utilize. We work in a fast-past environment, and collaborate to provide the best that we have to offer. Our team works to make an impact on our people's learning and development experience at Deloitte.

Enough about us, let's talk about you


You are someone with:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in learning and development, human resources, events management or other related field
  • An undergraduate degree in Business, Psychology, Education or related field
  • Experience working with a Learning Management System
  • Strong technical knowledge of applications, such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, team collaboration sites, along with the ability to adapt to new applications
  • Experience collaborating cross-organizationally with different levels of user sophistication, up through senior management

Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $96,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
