Job Summary | Reporting to the Project Coordinator, the Research Assistant will conduct the data gathering portions of the project related to scoping review and the key informant interviews, transcription, and primary analysis. |

Note | The Research Assistant position offers flexible work arrangements at home, at Dalhousie University (Halifax) on-campus, or a hybrid of the two, based on the candidate's choice. This position may be required to work flexible work hours on occasion (eg: 12 pm-8 pm) to accommodate interviews in Western Canada (Pacific Standard Time). |
Required Qualifications | · Undergraduate Degree in a field related to public health, emergency preparedness, health services research, public policy, or education. · Possess excellent organizational and time management skills, and effective written and verbal communication skills; · Demonstrated ability to take initiative, act resourcefully, and think creatively and critically to solve complex problems; · Demonstrated commitment to ethical conduct including records management, privacy, and confidentiality; · Possess skills in Microsoft applications such as Excel and Word. |
