About the Opportunity

The Stores Clerk is responsible for the receipt and issuing of all supplies used in the department and items supplied by Food and Nutrition Services to other departments within Nova Scotia Health, Central Zone; the offloading of pallets of supplies from delivery vehicles; the proper storage and rotation of stock; checking orders for discrepancies; the input of inventory data into the computer; and the timely delivery of orders to the end users and loading dock.

About You

We would love to hear from you if you have the following:

  • Grade 12/GED required
  • One-year related experience required
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred

Hours

  • Casual Relief 3%

  • Shiftwork / Call / Rotation / etc.

Compensation and Benefits

$23.35 - $25.39 Hourly

11% in lieu of benefits and vacation
