The Mental Health and Addictions Manager is responsible for planning, developing, implementing, supervising and evaluating the Withdrawal management across the continuum and Recovery Support HUBs, Mental Health and Addictions program, EZ. The position monitors clinical service delivery on a day-to-day basis to ensure service provision is in accordance with Nova Scotia Health Authority's policies and procedures and is compliant with evidence-based practice, provincial standards, and accreditation requirements. Working closely with the Zone Director, Chief of Psychiatry, MHA Managers, and all other relevant staff, physician, and academic leaders, the Manager provides strategic and operational leadership that supports excellence in service delivery, integration of mental health and addiction service provision, and collaboration with other program and service areas.
