The Community and Family Services Coordinator position provides supports to community-based clients that will enable a means of housing stability. The supports will include but not be limited to referrals to community resources; assistance in securing Ontario birth certificates; assistance in securing clothing and household goods through Salvation Army Thrift Store and case management using the Pathway of Hope program.
