The team at Bradford Family Dentistry located in Bradford, Ontario are looking for a passionate, hard-working Sterilization Assistant/ Insurance Breakdown on a full-time basis.

The ideal Sterilization Assistant/ Insurance breakdown for our team will be an essential part of the team by ensuring all dental instruments and equipment are disinfected and sterilized appropriately. The person we are looking for is excited to empower dental providers to deliver the finest and safest care to patients by taking ownership of the integrity of sanitation and infection control procedures and policies.

SCHEDULE:

• 30-38 hours/week
• Must be able to work 8:30am-7:00pm Monday-Thursday

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Must be IPAC certified
• Experience is not required
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker is considered an asset
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Customer service mindset
