The team at Bradford Family Dentistry located in Bradford, Ontario are looking for a passionate, hard-working Sterilization Assistant/ Floater on a full-time basis.

The ideal Sterilization Assistant/ Floater for our team will be an essential part of the team by ensuring all dental instruments and equipment are disinfected and sterilized appropriately. The person we are looking for is excited to empower dental providers to deliver the finest and safest care to patients by taking ownership of the integrity of sanitation and infection control procedures and policies.

SCHEDULE:

  • 35-39 hours per week
  • Days of the week Monday 8:30-7,Tuesday 8:30-7,Wednesday 8:30-7,Thursday 8:30-7 possible Fridays down the road

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Completion of a certificate in Medical Device Reprocessing or similar program involving the sterilization of medical equipment a Dental Assistant Level 1 program
  • Experience is not required - we're open to entry level applicants!
  • Experience with dental practice management software such as [Tracker] is considered an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
  • Customer service mindset
  • MUST HAVE IPAC CERTIFICATION PRIOR TO STARTING POSITION
