SCHEDULE:

• 40 hours per week
• 6 Days of the week

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 1 year of Dental Receptionist experience is required
• Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist / Patient Care Coordinator is considered an asset
• Experience is not required - we're open to entry level applicants!
• Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Cleardent is considered an asset
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Customer service mindset
