The team at Brampton Family Dental located in Brampton, ON are looking for a passionate, hard-working Office Manager on a full-time basis.

The ideal Office Manager for our team would be excited to develop and implement innovative methods to optimize patient experience, improve the flow of patients into practice, and create working harmonies between the front desk office and dental professional team. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dental office. This role involves managing both administrative and clinical support staff, handling financial and scheduling duties and maintaining patient relations. The Office Manager will work closely with all team members to provide a positive and productive work environment while ensuring high- quality patient care.

SCHEDULE:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Mondays to Fridays

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • 2-3 years of experience is required in dental office management or dental administration
  • Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker is considered an asset
  • Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook)
  • Strong written and communication skills when speaking with patients and dental providers
  • Strong knowledge of medical and dental terminology and processes
  • Experience maintaining a professional level of patient privacy
  • Demonstrated experience managing budgets, and other financial transactions
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
  • Customer service mindset
