The ideal Dental Receptionist for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

SCHEDULE:

• 40 hours per week
• Weekend and one evening shift

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Minimum 1 year of experience is required as a Dental Administrator/Administrative Assistant
• Completion of a Dental Administration Program/Certificate
• Experience with dental practice management software such as [Tracker] is considered an asset
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Customer service mindset
