Registered Dietitian

This position is for our Limestone Ridge Home, located in Kingston, Ontario.

What you'll be doing

• Consult with and advise the Dietary Manager and Director of Care concerning nutrition and hydration program needs through performing nutritional assessment using RAI MDS 2.0, nutritional care planning, implementation and follow-up for residents by involving the resident, family members and care team.

What you bring

• Registered Dietitian, eligible for membership with the College of Dietitians of Ontario
• 3-5 years' experience in long-term care setting with extensive knowledge of geriatric nutrition
• Proficiency and Experience with RAI MDS 2.0, familiarity with software Point Click Care is an asset
