Welcome to Toothworks Fairview Park Dental, conveniently located in Fairview Park Mall in southeast Kitchener, ON.

We're currently seeking a Dental Administrator to join our fantastic team! Our practice offers a comprehensive range of services to meet our patients' needs, including general dentistry, oral surgery, Invisalign®, children's services, cosmetic treatments, emergency care, and more.

Schedule: Full-time

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday (10:45-7:15)

Saturday (8:45-5:15)

Looking for additional hours? Alternating Tuesday & Sunday available!

Tuesday (10:45-7:15)

Sunday (8:45-5:15)

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients as they arrive; ensure a lasting positive impression for them

  • Responsible for optimizing the appointment schedule by ensuring the day is full, with limited gaps

  • Effectively manage recall system and accurately maintain patient database

  • Manage patient calls and inquiries about appointments, confirmations, amendments and cancellations

  • Process referral letters and other patient correspondence upon receipt from provider; manage and file all patient records and charts

About You:

  • Minimum 2 years of dental administration experience

  • Clinical background and experience with dental software program AbelDent is required
