AI Education Analyst (Masters Student Placement)

Term: May - August 2025 (Full-Time Placement)

Position Overview

The AI Education Analyst will be responsible for exploring and assessing AI-driven technologies that have the potential to enhance corporate and clinical education at SE Health. Over the course of this placement, the student will identify specific AI use cases, assess risks and benefits, and provide strategic recommendations for further review and decision-making.

Working closely with key stakeholders, including the Technology Learning Community (TLC), the student will develop a final report outlining potential AI applications, feasibility assessments, and business case considerations. Once approved by the Education Council, the TLC will determine next steps for further investigation and potential implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and explore AI technologies relevant to corporate and clinical education, including:
    • AI-assisted content creation (e.g., automated learning material generation).
    • Adaptive learning technologies for personalized training experiences.
    • Real-time AI support tools (e.g., chatbots, LMS-integrated AI assistants).
    • Automated assessment and analytics for learner performance tracking.
  • Identify and define specific use cases that align with SE Health's learning objectives.
  • Assess the risks, benefits, and feasibility of AI applications in education.
  • Engage with stakeholders (TLC, SE Learning, Digital & Technology teams) to gather insights on potential AI adoption.
  • Develop a final report summarizing:
    • Identified AI use cases and their alignment with SE Health's learning goals.
    • Risk/benefit analysis and business case considerations.
    • Recommendations for next steps (to be reviewed by the Education Council).
  • Present findings to the Technology Learning Committee (TLC) and Education Council for decision-making on further exploration or implementation.

Key Qualifications & Skills

  • Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Education Technology, AI, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Foundational knowledge of AI applications in learning, corporate training, and/or healthcare education.
  • Interest in AI-driven learning models, instructional design, or digital transformation.
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to assess feasibility, risks, and benefits of emerging technologies with guidance.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills to summarize findings for leadership review.
