JOB POSTING
Senior Director, Total Rewards
What You'll Do:
We want SE Health to be the best place for our people to work, so they can provide exemplary care and service to our patients, their families, and to one another. As a non-profit, and one of Canada's largest Social Enterprises, we do incredibly innovative things to enhance health, hope, and happiness across the country. Our Total Rewards 2.0 (TR2.0) program is designed to apply our Social Enterprise activities to our staff population, to innovate and differentiate SE as an employer, to optimize choice and flexibility, and to enhance financial and health wellbeing for our people and their families including building stability and generational wealth opportunities.
As our Senior Director, Total Rewards you'll be accountable for designing, implementing, and evolving TR2.0 and its associated programs. This is an opportunity to build a truly unique and innovative Total Rewards program with a dynamic organization that wants to change the paradigm and isn't afraid to disrupt traditional markets.
The position is a key enabler in the realization of our People Everything strategy; which involves taking a continuous improvement and user design approach to employee experience where we ask and truly listen to our people, where we co-design and co-prioritize programs to meet their needs, and where we seek to attract, retain, develop, and motivate an exceptional workforce within a hyper-competitive global market for talent.
Succeeding a retirement, the role will initially work with the HR/Digital Transformation and Total Rewards teams to prepare, plan, and architect the design/build of our new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System and optimize our SE Rewards platform roadmap. It will then transition with the incumbent and take over direct leadership of the Total Rewards team upon their retirement.
