POSITION SUMMARY:

Are you a strategic and resourceful sourcing expert with a passion for identifying top talent through innovative channels? SE Health is seeking a Senior Recruiter - Lead Generator who thrives on building strong candidate pipelines and utilizing creative sourcing strategies. This role focuses primarily on identifying, sourcing, and engaging high-quality candidates for all of SE Health's business lines. Leveraging your detective-like sourcing skills, you will play a pivotal role in supporting SE Health's mission to deliver exceptional patient and family-centered care.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead Generation & Sourcing Strategy: Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates for current and future hiring needs. Utilize innovative tools, social media, niche job boards, and other creative channels to identify passive and active candidates.
  • Build Talent Pipelines: Proactively build and maintain a robust talent pipeline by sourcing passive candidates, engaging in networking, and identifying future hiring trends and needs.
  • Relationship Building for Sourcing: Establish and nurture strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, hiring managers, and external recruitment vendors to enhance lead generation efforts and meet recruitment goals.
  • Sourcing Technology & Tools: Leverage candidate sourcing software, social media platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, Facebook etc.), and applicant tracking systems or CRMs (Taleo) to source, track, and engage candidates effectively. Drive optimization of these tools to maximize sourcing results.
  • Market Research: Analyze industry trends, market conditions, and competitor hiring practices to continuously refine sourcing strategies and stay ahead of talent acquisition needs.
  • Sourcing Analytics: Monitor and report on key sourcing metrics, such as candidate conversion rates, sourcing channel effectiveness, and time-to-fill, and use this data to fine-tune sourcing strategies.
  • Recruitment Process Improvement: Lead or contribute to recruitment process improvements, particularly related to sourcing and lead generation, to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Employer Branding & Messaging: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging employer branding materials and job ads that attract high-quality talent to SE Health's diverse positions.
  • Ongoing Sourcing Training: Provide training and guidance to the talent acquisition team on best practices for candidate sourcing, lead generation, and the use of various sourcing tools and platforms.
  • Collaborative Candidate Screening: While the primary focus is sourcing, assist in the screening process by reviewing applications, conducting initial candidate outreach, and supporting hiring managers with candidate recommendations.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Candidate Engagement: Maintain proactive communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience, including engaging passive candidates for future opportunities.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and ensure that sourcing strategies align with the specific qualifications and skills required for each role.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources Management or Business Administration and/or CHRP required.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in recruiting with a strong focus on sourcing for corporate roles, ideally in a large or medium sized health care organization.
  • Extensive experience using innovative sourcing tools, social media, and online resources to identify and engage passive candidates.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal teams and external candidates and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in MS Office and experienced with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Familiarity with relevant job boards and social media platforms is required.
  • Strong ability to track and analyze sourcing metrics and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Demonstrated initiative in identifying, sourcing, and engaging with talent, even for positions not currently open.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team while driving independent sourcing efforts.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed for job fairs and recruitment events.

· Work location can be flexible in Ontario this position will be a hybrid model
