SCHEDULE:

  • 20-40 hours per week
  • Weekdays, Weeknights, Weekends a must

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dental Administrator to join our team who will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Applicant should be well knowledgeable with all aspects of dental front desk duties including scheduling patients, billing, dealing with insurances, AR/AP and problem solving. We are looking for a person who can be part of a team, enthusiastic with friendly manners and good English language Skills. The ideal candidate must have experience in a Canadian dental office setting. Candidates with prior experience in a dental office will be given preference.

Duties:
- Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence,
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist with billing and insurance claims processing
- Provide administrative support to the dental team as needed

Qualifications:
- 4+ years Canadian experience as a dental administrator is a must
- Proficiency in dental software such as Tracker is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
