TheSeniorManager,SpecialtyClinical Programswilldevelop and implementopportunities to growour specialtyportfolioin collaboration with pharmaceutical partners and healthcare practitioners. Thisrole will also be responsible for developingprograms andclinicalresources that will prepare our pharmacistsinexecutingthesenew and/or evolvinginitiatives.To ensure the success of these programs, and that they meet internal and external regulatory requirements, this role willliaise withcross functional partners such ascentral & fieldoperations,marketing, legaland compliance.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor'sor Doctor of Pharmacy degree
2. Valid Part A license in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists.
3. Previous experience in specialty pharmacy or a related field.
4. Clinical expertise in major therapeutic areas required by specialty pharmacypractices.
5.Excellentwritingability and verbal communication skills,able torelate content marketing strategies and outcomes to the needs of other internal teams and metrics
6. Exceptional organizational and project management skills, ability to manage strategic projects alongside multiple ongoing operational initiatives.
7. Ability to break down complex content strategies into smaller, manageable tasks, and assign workflows.
8. Strong collaborator with provenability to work and execute cross functionally.Health & regulatory background is an asset.
