Our team of skilled endodontists—Dr. Malkhassian, Dr. Salehipour, Dr. Persaudmehr, and Dr. Seltzer—are dental specialists with advanced educational training and expertise in endodontic procedures. They are committed to excellence and have limited their practice exclusively to endodontic therapy.

Conveniently located at 55 City Centre Drive in Mississauga, ON, our practice is proud to serve the community with the highest standards of care and professionalism.

Schedule: Full-time

Monday-Friday (7:30-5:00)

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Planning & Execution

  • Build and execute plans to improve daily operations of the practice ensuring maximum productivity, operational excellence and develop strategies to increase organic patient growth.

  • Constantly review clinic environment and key business indicators to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement to provide coaching and direction to team.


Compliance & Patient Safety

  • Partner with Compliance, DC Institute and Human Resources to ensure the clinic is fully compliant and meets the provincial health regulation standards.

  • Manage and oversee all compliance programs within the practice, while leading by example to ensure patient safety is a top priority.

  • Work in accordance with the practice's Health and Safety Policies and Procedures and in compliance with applicable provincial legislation.


Leadership

  • Lead, coach and motivate the team to improve productivity, engagement and retention team and of referral sources.

  • Support recruitment efforts to interview dental professionals and assess for best fit.

  • Manage and analyze daily transactions ensuring accuracy to patient treatment, financing and accounts receivables; practice is scheduled appropriately to continue exemplary service levels to patients and referring dentists, including managing staffing costs and payroll administration; oversee inventory for dental supplies ensuring monthly budgets are adhered to.


About You:

  • University or College Diploma in business or office administration

  • 3-5 years experience in a Dental clinical setting required with experience in a specialty setting an asset

  • Experience in a supervisory or management role contributing to business operations including staff scheduling, finances, inventory and people management

  • Strong business acumen and extensive experience in budgeting and forecasting

  • Experience with the dental software system ABELDent and Microsoft Office is require

  • Strong commitment to maintaining health regulation and operational standards

  • Willingness to work varied hours to align with business needs
