Registered Dental Hygienist - Jane and Finch, Toronto

The team at Altima Jane Street located in Toronto, Ontario is looking for a passionate, hard-working Registered Dental Hygienist on a part-time basis.

We are seeking someone who is highly motivated and hard-working to offer excellent hygiene care to our large patient base. We have a great rapport with our faithful patients and our team takes pride in offering top notch care. Altima Jane Street is very modern and offers some of the latest technologies such as Digital x-rays, Intraoral scanners, and Intraoral cameras. The ideal Registered Dental Hygienist for our team will be highly motivated to educate patients on preventative dental care and oral hygiene, as well as empower them in their commitment to good oral health by developing treatment plans and home care routines tailored towards the patients' needs.

SCHEDULE:

• 22 hours per week
• Monday, Wednesday & Friday

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Currently registered or in process of registering with the:
  • College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (CDHO)
• New graduates welcome!
• Previous experience conducting oral health assessments and screenings
• Previous experience educating patients on proper oral hygiene techniques
• Previous experience maintaining accurate patient records and treatment plans
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Dentrix is considered an asset
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Patient care mindset
